This Project is a Codevelopment one that takes place in Bolivia.
The legal basis for this project is the order 1910/2011 of December 5, in which the rules for subsidies are set to Non-Governmental Development Organizations (NGO) on development cooperation and grants are announced by early processing. Published in the BOCM No. 295 of December 13, 2011.
This project was funded by the Dirección General de Cooperación al Desarrollo y Voluntariado. The project aimed to make a diagnosis on the impact of the return of bolivian migrants from the Department of Cochabamba to Bolivia (with long-term in Bolivia or circular ) in order to detect and analyze the baggage acquired (knowledge and internalization ) in the host society on human rights, democratic values, political culture and equality between men and women, in order to take advantage of the acquired knowledge and experience to become immigration agents of development and equality in their home community .
The decline in the number of residents Bolivian immigrants in the Community of Madrid, as a result of the economic crisis and the impossibility of obtaining financial resources through paid work or self-employment, have led this group to return to their country of origin. In this project, we give priority to the analysis of this migration including both the case of those who have suffered the return or are involved in a circular migration, and also to the the study of the process itself to facilitate and ensure the rights of returnees and promote a return with maximum guarantees, and reduce migratory sequel, not only in economic terms but also in terms of political culture, social and political participation.
The specific actions that derive the results of the investigation would be in 2 phases:
