Summary and Objectives

The Great Resignation project aims to engage and empower currently inactive youth by promoting opportunities for young people through a series of podcasts.

The objectives of the project are as follows:

  1. To empower 150 young people (18-30 years old) from 6 countries who have difficulties in finding opportunities and becoming active members of society by informing them about lifelong learning opportunities through a series of 6 podcasts during the dissemination phase;
  1. To enhance the skills of 20 youth workers from 6 countries, in 9 mobility days, to reach and engage with young people in their communities by sharing effective tools and the skills needed to use digital tools and social media platforms to provide information and advisory services in their daily work with local youth;
  1. To develop an effective network of 3 EU and 3 non-EU NGOs by creating a common space to exchange best practices, improve their services and their internationality for one year.
