Project Summary + Objectives

The Great Resignation project aims to engage and empower youth, currently inactive, by promoting opportunities for young people through a series of podcasts.

The objectives of the project are the following:

  1. To empower 150 young people (18-30 years old) from 6 countries who have difficulties in finding opportunities and becoming active members of society, by informing them about lifelong learning opportunities through a series of 6 podcasts during the dissemination phase;
  2. To improve the skills of 20 youth workers from 6 countries, in 9 mobility days, to reach out to and engage with young people in their communities, by sharing effective tools and the necessary competences to use digital tools and social media platforms in order to provide information and advisory services in their daily work with local youth;
  3. To develop an effective network of 3 EU and 3 non-EU NGOs by creating a common space aimed at exchanging good practices, improving their services and their internationality for one year.
