The project explores and promotes the European integration process to all generations, underlining its fundamental principles focused on non-discrimination and gender equality. EPF wants to build a community to address issues related to gender equality in everyday life, starting with the work environment, asking participants – regardless of gender – to invent and propose possible solutions in Italy, France, Spain and Germany.
