Project Summary + Objectives

The UPCOMING WOMEN project aims to empower low-skilled and vulnerable women through global competence tools and gender-based digital resources and mentoring tools to boost their social and labour inclusion and advance gender equality. To this end, professionals working with these women will also be trained and equipped with tailored tools to better support them. Thus, professionals will be trained in global competence and mentoring methodologies.

R1: Interactive micro-learning courses to enhance gender equality and women’s empowerment skills

R2: Thematic MOOCs to raise awareness on key areas related to gender equality and women’s empowerment.

R3: Digital learning hub to facilitate, engage, foster and deliver lifelong learning opportunities to all professionals and women (including MOOCs and other interactive and visual learning resources).
