To increase the opportunities of access to employment for young people between 18 and 30 years old in situation or risk of social exclusion, residents in the municipality of Alcorcón, through the development of “soft skills”.
Beneficiaries/ target group
Young people from 18 to 30 years old (who have had and have difficulties in finding a job, and/or who feel demotivation and frustration when facing the active search for employment; added in many cases to a situation of risk of social exclusion due to a greater socioeconomic vulnerability).
