Project Summary + Objectives

PLAYEM is a project whose main objective is to strengthen the employability of young migrants and refugees through the use of information and communication technologies (ICT).

To achieve this objective of access to employment, the project aims to develop an effective, innovative and attractive intervention.

R1. PLAYEM PLATFORM FOR LEARNING, TRAINING AND PARTICIPATION

The PLAYEM Platform for Learning, Training and Participation is a web platform that has the following objectives:

To improve the transversal competences of migrant youth through training and participation, to improve their employability through a Training and Learning Area aimed at access to the labour market; to promote contact between migrants, the exchange of successful work experiences and consultations on the labour market; to share job and volunteering offers from companies, social entities or public administrations; to promote the knowledge of young professionals about innovative ICT methodologies, techniques, activities or programmes.

It has a YOUNG AREA, with job offers, learning resources and a forum; and a PROFESSIONAL AREA, with a Manual of Good Practices and a Guide of Recommendations for social and labour intervention with migrant youth.

It is the main platform and also contains PR2 and PR3.

R2. PLAYEM INTERACTIVE MODEL FOR SOCIAL AND WORK INCLUSION. This is a MOOC with 5 modules aimed at improving the following skills and competencies: assertive communication, active listening, conflict resolution, entrepreneurship and emotional education.
