The project DE IGUAL A IGUAL has the challenge of empowering the LGTBI+ population and reducing the obstacles they have to exercise their rights and live in an egalitarian and inclusive society for them. To achieve this, it will work to raise awareness among the young population, educational community and families of the Southern Crown of the Community of Madrid about sexual identity and gender stereotypes, social and political rights of the LGTBI+ collective and against all forms of violence or discrimination against the LGTBI+ population.

Raise awareness among the population of the South Metropolitan Crown of the CAM on issues related to sexual identity and orientation, gender expression and gender and identity stereotypes; as well as on social and political rights of the LGTBI+ collective and against all forms of violence or discrimination against the LGTBI+ population.
To provide teaching teams and staff of educational centers in the Southern Metropolitan Area of the CAM with tools for diversity management and empowerment of the LGTBI+ community for their daily use with their students.
Empower the population of the South Metropolitan Crown of the CAM to participate in the prevention and intervention of problems affecting their immediate environment, mainly related to coexistence, tolerance and respect for the LGTBI+ collective.
