Summary and Objectives

The ASAP project aims to improve the availability and quality of information on and access to public services for Third Country Nationals (TCNs) in six European countries. It seeks to identify and address existing barriers, promote promising practices and strengthen collaboration between public service providers and civil society organisations (CSOs) at local level. It aims to train representatives of public services and CSOs, improve operational coordination and cooperation through internal referral systems, and disseminate knowledge on replicable and effective responses to challenges in service delivery to migrants. In short, the project seeks to enhance the integration of TCNs by improving public services and collaboration between different key actors.
