Project Summary + Objectives
Strengthen active social inclusion and personal autonomy of people in vulnerable situations in the municipality
of Alcorcón and other municipalities of the Southern Metropolitan Crown of Madrid through the promotion of their employability, training, advice and social participation.
1. Promote the socio-labor insertion and employability of beneficiaries through personalized itineraries, of an integrative and multidimensional nature.
2.Strengthen the work and social skills of the beneficiaries through training resources.

Beneficiaries/ target group
Unemployed women over 45, inactive, with or without long-term unemployment benefit, with the benefit exhausted, with precarious jobs. 30 people.
Men over 45 years of age, inactive, with long-term unemployment benefit, with the benefit exhausted, with precarious jobs. 30 people.
Young people between 16 and 30 years old, inactive, who do not study or work, with precarious jobs, without benefits. 20 people.
Migrants in a regular administrative situation, inactive, with or without long-term unemployment benefit, with the benefit exhausted, with precarious jobs. 25 people.
Asylum seekers, for political reasons, sexual discrimination or victims of violence. 20 people.
Migrants in an irregular administrative situation: 15 people.
