Between 2012 and 2015, a diagnosis was made of the impact of the migration process of Bolivian men and women from the department of Cochabamba who had returned to Bolivia, in order to take advantage of the knowledge acquired and the migration experience to become agents of development and equality in their community of origin.

The actions were implemented on the ground by Solidaridad Sin Fronteras and CAMN. Also participating were the Universidad Mayor de San Simón - CEPLAG, the organization Ciudadanía and the Institut des Sciences Humaines et Sociales (CEDEM), from the University of Liege, Belgium.
