This project is aimed at developing innovative tools to improve and accelerate the access of migrants and asylum seekers to employment. To this end, it will focus on training the professionals who work with these groups to improve their learning experience, assess key competencies and transversal skills to obtain a first job, facilitate faster access to employment by transferring part of the language learning within the company, and involve companies in the learning process of migrants and asylum seekers.

The consortium is made up of organizations from France, Spain (SSF), Denmark and Italy. The project began in September 2018 and will end in October 2020.
