    Migrant Literacies

    The partners involved in this project are: Zaffiria Centre (Italy), Fo.Co Network (Italy), Mediawijs (Belgium), Tartu Folk High School (Estonia), Gesellschaft für Medienpädagogik und Kommunikationskultur (Germany), Dept of Cultural Studies/ Babylon Center (Netherlands), Foundation Dialogue Network (Poland), Proacademy (Eslovaquia) and Solidaridad sin fronteras (Spain). 

    The objectives of the Migrant Literacies project are:

    Putting the "unheard gender" in spotlight (SPOTI)

    SPOTI main goal is to promote an innovation process that allows all implementing partners to develop and reinforce gender equality in their training and services arrangements as well as increase their capacity to reach male beneficiaries on a sustained basis, to expand the performance of their training and services arrangements and to ensure advocated the long-term goals.

    Lifelong Learning is better life

    The main goal of the project is to create a new methodology for teaching adults in the context of nonprofessional education and to create tools necessary to implement this methodology (course programs and educational platform(, thereby creating paths for improvement skills and effective encouragement of adults from the target group to develop and improve digital and social competences

    Transversal Model for Migrants

    The project aims to develop a new operational framework for trainers, educators, social workers and, in general, any professional who works with migrants to carry out the recognition and development of transversal skills for migrants in order to improve their employability and entrepreneurial spirit, and thereby improve the social and economic inclusion of these groups in Europe.

    The partners come from France, Spain (SSF), Greece, Bulgaria, Portugal, Cyprus and Turkey.

    Boosting Refugees’ Access to Employment (BREFE)

    This project is aimed at developing innovative tools to improve and accelerate the access of migrants and asylum seekers to employment.

    The No Gaps Project aims to create an integral and replicable methodology of intervention at European level for professionals working with young migrant women, asylum-seekers and refugees.

    Key-Co System

    The project will help to improve and extend the provision of high quality learning opportunities tailored to the needs of low-skilled adults in order to better acquire key skills. To this end it will be strengthened the educational and empowerment paths of adult learners (migrant population) and will be promoted the updating, cooperation and development of innovative practices among teachers and educators of institutions and organizations working in the field of adult education.

    UpGrad_Me project pretends to create resources for youth workers to help migrant youths utilise social media for personal branding: presenting themselves in a professional manner to potential employers, creating videos of them describing their competences (to add to their CVs) or using Google Tools present on their smart phones (Google Docs, etc) which can help them enhance their employability. SSF is the leader of the first Intellectual Output (“Develop of a Training Course and Manual, oriented to migrant youth and carried out by youth workers”).
